Welcome to Kangatraining Bassendean, Bayswater & Surrounds.
I offer two programs of Kangatraining; the original indoor workout, Kangatraining, and an outdoor workout, KangaOnWheel.
To attend any of the Kangatraining programs, you are required to have completed your postpartum recovery period (6 weeks after vaginal birth OR 12 weeks after caesarean birth) and have gained medical/allied health clearance to resume exercise. Whilst Kangatraining programs are open to all parents and caregivers, unfortunately, pregnant women cannot participate; this is an insurance stipulation and cannot be waived.
Please ensure that you have completed the Pre-exercise Screening Tool and Health Questionnaire and have read my Terms and Conditions prior to booking your first class.
If you have any concerns, questions or difficulties, please get in touch.
Please note: Bookings close 24 hours before a class. Cancellation policy: minimum 4 hours notice is required to qualify for a class credit. No refunds.
All the best, Tori

What is Kangatraining?
Kangatraining is a fun and safe postpartum exercise program that incorporates safe babywearing. It is low intensity interval training with a focus on restrengthening abdominal and pelvic floor muscles following pregnancy. A Kangatraining class consists of Pilates-style floor exercises, dance-based choreography routines, squats, lunges, repeaters, arms exercises, barre exercises and pelvic floor exercises.
What is KangaOnWheel?
KangaOnWheel is the outdoor version of Kangatraining that allows for the use of prams/strollers in addition to baby carriers. A KangaOnWheel class consists of walking/hiking a trail and stopping at intervals to complete squats, lunges and arms exercises, with a class concluding with Pilates-style floor exercises and pelvic floor exercises. Note: children on scooters/bikes/ride-ons are not permitted at a KangaOnWheel class, nor are dogs.
